Dear Parents and Carers,

Reporting Positive Covid Tests over February Half Term

I would like to inform you of the following guidance, this only applies if your child was in school week commencing Monday 8 February.

1. Should your child(ren) develop symptoms or has a positive test on either Friday 12, Saturday 13, or Sunday 14 February, then you MUST let us know. Could you please do this by using my email address: grenwick@williambrookes.com I may need to call you back when I receive the message. 
2. If your child(ren) develops symptoms or tests positive outside of this time period please use the NHS Track and Trace system. You do not need to let us know unless they are continuing to self-isolate once we return to school on Monday, 22 February. This is because it will have been longer than 48 hours since they were in school and will therefore, not affect any other staff or students.  

Thank you for your continued support and I sincerely hope it will not be needed for any family over the half term break. I hope you all have a well-earned rest and have the opportunity to spend it with loved ones.
