Three months ago, I decided to start a couch to 5k club with any students who wanted to give the challenge a go. I was overwhelmed with the uptake. With the help of Mr Thursz and Mrs Bunn, we met every Thursday after school to build our stamina and prepare ourselves for the challenge. Read more here
